Return & Refund Policy


Order Cancellation


Only full cancellations are allowed. Partial order cancellations are not permitted.

To place a cancellation request, please call our customer care helpline within 12 working hours of placing the order.


Order Returns


If you receive a product that is physically damaged during shipment, please click a picture and email it to our customer service team for assessment within 24 hours of receiving the shipment.

We only accept returns if the item shipped to you is defective or damaged. The item should be returned to us within 7 days from the delivery date in its original packaging and in an unused condition. We will send you a replacement unit as soon as we receive the returned package.

When returning your product, include a short note indicating the reason for your return. Place the item along with the invoice and the note with the order number into a secure package. Affix our address (use the sender address as seen on the invoice/delivery challan) and send it through a reliable courier. Please email us the consignment details.

Please note that we will provide a refund/return facility only for products purchased from our online store and not for orders from physical stores or other online platforms.

 

For all products supplied by our Associates, the Customer shall open, inspect the ordered Product, and accept the delivery only after ensuring that the Product is delivered in good working condition. Once the Product is accepted post-inspection, the Customer will not be entitled to return the same.


Order Refund


All accepted cases of refunds will be processed to the same account from which the purchase was made. In the case of Cash On Delivery (COD), the refund will be processed to the Customer’s Bank account after the necessary details and documents are provided by the Customer. There will be no cash refund.


Repair / Warranty Issues


In case of any malfunction or defect in the product after delivery acceptance or upon the expiry of the return period, the issue will be addressed by Exousia Dianomi India Pvt Ltd as per the terms of the Warranty through its Service Centers. The Customer can register product-related complaints by contacting the Toll-Free Customer Care number or by approaching the nearest authorized service center.

Assured Delivery


All products ordered online are shipped within 2 - 3 days. However, certain products have geographical and physical restrictions due to their bulky and delicate nature and may not be shipped via courier. These products are delivered by the nearest outlet, and in regions where our outlets cannot reach, these products will not be shipped. The purchase for such products will not be allowed if the entered pin code is not supported.
