We reserve the right to accept or reject orders placed through our site. We strive to provide the best quality products. However, once orders are placed, they cannot be cancelled or exchanged, and no refunds will be issued, as these orders are specially made for you.

 

Sizing

 

The fit of our products may vary depending on the cut, fabric, and style of each item. Some products are designed to have a loose, relaxed fit, while others are more fitted. Please refer to our sizing chart to select the best size for you.

 

Colors

 

While we have made every effort to display the colors of the products as accurately as possible, we cannot guarantee that your monitor or screen’s display of any color will be completely accurate, as computer monitors and electronic device screens vary. Additionally, colors may appear differently in pictures compared to the actual product.

 

Delivery

 

Products will be delivered within 30 - 60 days depending on the outfit ordered. For urgent deliveries or queries, please contact us at +91 98887 99552. Please note that deliveries may be affected if we do not receive the following information in time:

We make every effort to ensure timely delivery. To expedite the process, we partner with several third-party vendors. However, we do not take responsibility for delays caused by third parties.

 

Shipping

 

We ship worldwide. Shipping within India is free of charge. For international shipping, additional charges apply based on the weight, volume of the product, and the destination country. Shipping charges will be provided upon inquiry.

 

For alterations to garments shipped internationally, the return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility, as we request at least one trial to ensure the best fit.

 

Sale

 

Products offered at promotional prices cannot be exchanged or returned. Advance payments for sale items are non-refundable. Alterations or resizing of sale items will not be provided.

 

Delivery Policies

 

We use third-party logistics for courier services and are not responsible for delays caused by the logistics team. Shipping within India is covered by us, while international shipping charges must be paid by the client.

 

For ‘Cash on Delivery’ services, we cover part of the courier service cost. The remaining amount must be paid by the client, resulting in an additional COD charge to the total order value.

 

Undelivered Outfits

 

We will dispatch outfits as promised upon receipt of full payment. If a client wishes to collect the outfit from our store, it will remain there until the delivery date. If the outfit is undelivered or returned, we will attempt to re-deliver. If we cannot contact the client, the outfit will be held for 6 months. After this period, if there is no communication, the amount paid will be forfeited, and the outfit will be discarded.
